At Zimmer Biomet, we strive to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction to our Benelux customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service and satisfaction across our customer base.

The Customer Experience Specialist is a critical role that requires strong communication and administrative skills. You will be the primary point of contact between our Sales team, back office, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing commercial and administrative support to the Sales team
  • Handling order processing, reservations, and deliveries
  • Managing Order Management, including delivery dates, pricing information, and order status
  • Allocating products and handling inquiries
  • Preparing immediate deliveries and transfers of products
  • Handling order entry and checking price agreements and conditions

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is fluent in Dutch, French, and English. If you have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a high level of flexibility, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements include:

  • Solid professional experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Knowledge of product, anatomy, and physiology
  • Preferably experienced in production planning
  • IT literate (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce)
  • MBO/HBO education in Business or Administration, or equivalent through professional experience
