Job Title: Marketing Manager Benelux & Nordics

The Marketing Manager Benelux & Nordics is a key role within the BBC Studios' growth strategy in the region. This position will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to drive consumption of BBC content across new products and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements annual marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Identifies growth opportunities and analyses market research to inform strategic choices.
  • Analyses target audience insights and behaviours to inform new ways to connect and drive interest for BBC Studios channels and content products.

Campaign Management:

  • Plans and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns for specific programs, shows, and events.
  • Partners with BBC Creative to develop compelling campaigns and channel/brand identities.
  • Leads relationships with local marketing, PR, and digital agencies to drive integrated media campaigns.
  • Develops digital marketing strategies, including social media, online advertising, and influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Affinity with BBC brands, content, and audience.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a relevant marketing function with a proven track record in developing successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • A strong ambition and innovative, results-driven mindset to drive growth and diversification for BBC Studios in Benelux & Nordics.
