About the Role

The Customer Experience Specialist is a vital member of the Zimmer Biomet team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to our Benelux customers. This role involves maintaining a high level of communication, support, and correspondence between customers, the Sales team, and the wider Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales team regarding customer interactions
  • Serving as a communication portal between the Sales team, back office, and customers
  • Order processing and arranging instrument reservations for surgeries
  • Managing Order Management, including delivery dates, pricing, and order status
  • Allocating products to meet customer needs
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Coordinating immediate deliveries and transfers of products
  • Verifying order entries and checking price agreements and conditions
Requirements
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong proactive communication skills and a high level of drive and persistence
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer focus
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changing situations
  • Solid professional experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Knowledge of product, anatomy, and physiology
  • Preferably experienced in production planning
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce
  • MBO/HBO education in Business or Administration, or equivalent through professional experience
