Are you a skilled engineer looking for a challenging role in product development? We are seeking a System Engineer to join our team at Kinetron BV, an international high-tech innovative organization located in Tilburg, Netherlands.

We specialize in researching, developing, manufacturing, and assembling customer-specific energy harvesting modules and products. Our expertise includes energy harvesting technologies such as induction, solar, NFC, ambient, low-power (IoT) electronics, micro mechanisms, motors, and actuators.

About the Role

As a System Engineer, you will work on the development and technical coordination of various new and exciting products, which include a combination of complex mechanics, electronics, and firmware.

You will be responsible for designing, industrializing, and testing new products, ensuring they meet high industry standards of quality. You will report directly to the R&D Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and technically coordinate new products and features based on customer needs/feedback, industry standards, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate a team of development engineers from product requirements up to the start of production.
  • Provide leadership by working collaboratively, sharing ideas, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate engineering teams to clarify work packages, manage trade-off studies, and resolve engineering issues.
  • Analyze customer and product feedback, incorporating suggestions and improvements into product designs.
  • Work closely with product managers, manufacturers, quality, and other engineers to develop effective product specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product documentation and engineering files.

The salary for this position is around €60,000-€70,000 per year, depending on experience.
