We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at felyx in the Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR administration and wants to make a significant impact on the employee experience.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People & Culture Lead and the wider HR team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • HR Administration: You will be responsible for managing our HR ticket inbox, responding to queries, and escalating complex issues to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: You will assist with the full cycle of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that new hires have a smooth transition into the company and that departing employees receive the necessary support.
  • HR Systems Management: You will be responsible for maintaining our HR systems, including updating employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with Dutch labor law.
  • Recruitment Support: You will provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and coordinating the recruitment process for selected roles.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify areas for improvement in our current HR processes and policies and work with the People & Culture Lead to implement changes.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an HR-related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Dutch and English (mandatory requirement).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactivity and a willingness to take initiative, with a positive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS software, preferably AFAS.

  • Experience with the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • A degree in HRM, HR Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law and its application in a workplace setting.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
