Revenue Management Strategist

Located in the heart of Europe, The Social Hub is a dynamic and innovative company that's changing the hospitality industry. As our Head of Revenue Management, you'll play a critical role in driving commercial success across our portfolio of hotels and hybrid hospitality offerings.
About You:
- At least 6+ years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably within a multi-property or cluster role in the hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Revenue Management, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.
Your Mission:
As a seasoned revenue management expert, you will lead the Revenue Management team, develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy, and drive the maximization of revenue and profitability for all properties. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Revenue Management team to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability across all locations.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that considers both short-term revenue gains and long-term growth objectives.
- Ensuring that all revenue opportunities are optimized across the entire guest journey, including pricing, inventory management, and distribution channels.
