Job Description
As a Senior Sales and Stock Room Consultant, you will play a key role in meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire consumer loyalty to our brand by passionately executing store operations and providing support to Retail Professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership, and effectively use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
- Sales Improvement Opportunities: Identify opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive commercial success.
- Customer Service: Be a role model for customer service and consistently meet or exceed customers' expectations.
- Training and Development: Share your customer service experience and train selected team members to fine-tune their service skills.
- Brand Ambassador: Consistently exhibit the Brand Attitude and Values.
- Category Expertise: Use advanced Category expertise to successfully meet the specific needs of even the most demanding customers.
- Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication: Execute and maintain established standards.
- MERCHANDISE DELIVERIES: Process deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures.
- Cash Register Transactions: Complete transactions quickly and accurately.
- Loss Prevention: Minimize loss in both, the stockroom and the sales floor.
- Collaboration: Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is between €40,000 and €60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including competitive health insurance, a generous pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills.
