About the Role

Element Logic is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in the Benelux region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business sales across the vibrant Benelux market. You will collaborate with potential customers to identify opportunities for automation and demonstrate how our solutions can help them fully realize that potential.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with customers, ensuring long-term success.
- Achieve sales targets by delivering results in line with strategic plans and goals.
- Drive the entire sales process but with a strong focus on solution guidance, deal closure, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative and creative solutions for clients.
- Track and report progress on sales KPIs, providing insights and adjustments as needed.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to drive business growth.
- Maximize customer value through a consultative sales approach.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to align efforts and optimize outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or business development.
- Proven track record of managing and achieving sales targets.
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of intralogistics and/or complex logistics flows.
- Good technical understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize customer operations and successfully sell comprehensive solutions.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
