About the Role
Boston Scientific is a global leader in medical technology, and we are seeking a talented Learning Operations Strategist to join our team. As an Education Specialist Operations, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our lifetime learning programs within Operations.
Job Description
- You will be responsible for defining and implementing our training strategy, ensuring it aligns with our current and future organizational needs.
- Collaborate closely with regional educational centers to develop and implement educational programs that enhance knowledge and skills for our Operations colleagues.
- Manage the Kerkrade DL training team and coach and support our trainers to ensure employees apply required knowledge, skills, and behaviors in their daily routines.
- Serve as Curriculum Manager for both Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Training Record Systems (TRS).
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing and sustaining lifetime learning activities, including onboarding of new learners and interacting closely with education centers.
- Coaching and supporting individual learners, instructors, and supervisors on translating learning into practice.
- Maintaining all required learning activities for the entire facility on TRS/LMS systems.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Education/Learning or relevant work experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in Education/Learning within a complex, international business environment.
- The ability to thrive in a Warehouse team environment while collaborating with multifunctional teams.
- Demonstrated success in delivering training programs and coaching learners on application in daily work.
- A continuous process improvement mentality, identifying opportunities and acting upon them.
- Excellent organization skills, leading and coaching diverse groups of colleagues.
- Results-focused with superb attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Strong technical proficiency and knowledge of using various Learning systems and computer applications, including MS Office.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Location
This role is based in Boston Scientific's headquarters in Natick, Massachusetts.
