We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Services Operations Lead. As a key member of our F&B team, you will focus on organizing the workplace, supervising employees, and executing work such as preparing banquet groups, setting up meeting rooms, replenishing buffets, and taking orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking orders, providing proactive information, and consulting with kitchen management regarding special guest requests.
  • Assisting in setting up buffets, function rooms, and other areas.
  • Identifying potential shortcomings to prevent disruptions in service flow.
  • Preparing and managing cash registers.
  • Conducting briefings and handovers effectively.
  • Allocating tasks, providing instructions, monitoring progress, and quality.
  • Guiding and training new employees, interns, and trainees.
  • Addressing and resolving inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the restaurant industry; preferably in a hotel.
  • A high level of ownership, as you will be responsible for running the venues independently.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
