We are seeking an exceptional Beauty Retail Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of makeup artists. With your leadership, coaching, and business management skills, you will motivate and coach your team to exceed client expectations and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of makeup artists to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
- Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to a high-performing creative sales team.
- Collaborate with the team to create and execute in-store events that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Work closely with the team to analyze sales data and optimize business strategies to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced environment preferably within beauty.
- Makeup artistry experience is a plus.
- The ability to provide inspirational leadership to a high-performing creative sales team.
- Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Ability to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and retail point-of-sale systems.
Benefits:
