Job Description

We are seeking a bright and dynamic consultant to join our team in the insurance industry. As a consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients, executing project assignments and taking on team support roles. You will have the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc.
  • Take on team support roles and contribute to our knowledge creation and exchange.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Passion and a clear affinity with the insurance sector.
  • Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a team.
