Role Overview
">The Talent Acquisition Expert will play a pivotal role in Genmab's dynamic HR team, focused on international recruitment projects at our Netherlands site. This Consultant-Talent Acquisition Specialist position involves collaborating with the Global Talent Acquisition team and working closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to achieve outstanding results.
">Key Responsibilities

- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including intakes with Hiring Managers, job postings, sourcing, phone screenings, interviewing, assessment feedback sessions, offer negotiations, and Workday transactions.">
- Establish agreements with agencies, build talent pools, identify, and join job fairs and career conferences, and collaborate with universities.">
- Implement global projects and processes, ensuring they meet local compliance and enhance our recruitment strength and candidate experience.">
- Initiate and roll out various initiatives to improve recruitment processes and contribute to our employer branding strategy.">

">In this hybrid work environment, you'll enjoy a blend of working from home (2 days) and in our modern, attractive office in Utrecht (3 days). The R&D Headquarters offers fantastic resources, allowing you to work closely with other TA Specialists, Compensation & Benefits, and the HR Operations team.
">Requirements
">We're looking for someone who excels in a fast-paced international environment and has exceptional organizational skills to prioritize workloads and handle multiple requests. You should have strong collaboration and leadership skills, as well as:

- A Master's or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.">
- Approximately 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with life science experience being a strong preference.">
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with Dutch proficiency preferred or knowledge of the Dutch labor market and its regulations.">
- Experience in an international company, understanding multicultural issues and matrix management structures.">
- ATS experience, preferably with Workday.">
- Confidence, excellent communication skills, maturity, result-driven approach, resourcefulness, and a true team player spirit, with integrity being a core value.">
Salary and Benefits
">This challenging role comes with a competitive salary, approximately €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
