Equinix is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer deliveries, resolving shipping and receiving issues, and maintaining accurate records of materials received and shipped.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively support the team by coordinating customer deliveries and resolving any shipping or receiving issues.
  • Keep meticulous records/logs of all materials to ensure smooth operations.
  • Put "we" before "me" by being as committed to each other's success as to your own.
  • Utilize your acquired job skills and company policies to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Recognize when to deviate from standard practices to achieve the best results.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials received and shipped, ensuring all details are logged within a semi-routine scope.
  • Enter all relevant details of inbound/outbound shipments and ensure order requirements are fulfilled.
  • Use shipment spotlight and shipment dashboard to track customers' inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Communicate with radical transparency.
  • Inspect received goods and reject unsatisfactory items where necessary.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a high school diploma and proven years of equivalent work experience.
  • Regional hazardous materials certification preferred.
