Pallet Management Specialist

At Page Personnel, we are seeking a skilled Pallet Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the CS&L organisation, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of pallets across DCs and PVM sites, customer care for intercompany movement, and order processing.

Pallet Management:

  • Ensure adherence to the end-to-end pallet management process and ways of working at each site.
  • Oversee and record inbound and outbound pallet movements per location.
  • Collate defect data (critical vs. acceptable defects) across sites.
  • Liaise regularly with Chep and other pallet suppliers to ensure timely support, reshipments, and audit of penalties / fines associated with pallet rentals.
  • Support pallet count and audit processes overall and for selected sites.

Demand Aggregation and Customer Service:

  • Aggregate FG's and gumbase demand from MDLZ and inputs into the system (SAP).
  • Aggregate semifinished products demand from Co-Manufacturers & Co-packers and inputs into the system (SAP).
  • Capture orders from customers inc. MDLZ, Co-Man & Copackers, compare orders vs previous period forecast, and process them in the system (SAP).
  • Conduct regular order balancing activities with MDLZ, co-manufacturers & co-packers.
  • Collaborate with local export teams on orders & forecast to assure no overlapping PO's & Forecast.
  • Fulfil the role of SPOC to receive all questions regarding orders and align with the right teams to get the answers.
  • Inform all customers in case of issues of outstanding orders (e.g. delays).
  • Regular reporting demand bias vs budget, LE, previous periods.
  • Collaborate with customers to improve performance.
  • Metrics: Case Fill Rate, forecast accuracy B2B customers.
