About this role

Hunkemöller is seeking a passionate and ambitious Customer Service Agent (32 hours per week) for our e-commerce customer service department based in Almere.

Your key responsibilities

  • Deliver World Class Customer Service to our Shero by answering all questions that come up while or after shopping in our web-shop (via phone, email, chat and social media)
  • Support our Shero with your personal shopper mentality, think about additional products that will complete her outfit, and maximize our customer satisfaction & online sales
  • Exceed our Shero's expectations by constantly delivering high level customer service

Requirements

  • MBO diploma or related (sales is a plus)
  • Minimum of 1+ years sales and Customer Service experience – either in a call center, retail or hospitality
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Interest in lifestyle and fashion (specially lingerie)
  • Positive, reliable and resilient
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
  • Love the contact with customers and enjoy delivering high level customer service
  • Ability to proactively sell our beautiful products
