Senior Data & Analytics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Manager to lead strategic Business Development initiatives that drive sales and client success. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with sales teams to create compelling proposals and respond to bids and RFPs, positioning our solutions at the forefront of the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and experience working with clients to streamline their operations and make data-driven decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering Data & Analytics projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Recommending tools and platforms that enhance data and process analysis.
  • Crafting detailed reports and analyses, presenting impactful findings to senior executives.
  • Mentoring junior team members, supporting their growth and career development.

Your challenges will be to inspire our clients in the area of Process Intelligence, develop and implement sales strategies on pending opportunities, engage with senior executives on data driven process transformation, build sustainable relationships with key client stakeholders, and expand and refine our Data & Analytics propositions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of sales experience and a proven ability to deliver impactful data and analytics solutions in client engagements. Additional requirements include:

  • A Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • No less than 8 years of consulting experience in data & analytics, process optimization, process mining, or related.
  • A proven track record of sales experience.
  • A robust understanding of ERP functional process areas, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement is beneficial.
  • Experience with process mining technology such as Celonis and/or SAP Signavio is advantageous.

Salary: Estimated annual salary range: $140,000 - $200,000, depending on qualifications and location.
