About the Role
As a Commercial Sales Manager at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's transformation of industry by providing high-quality commercial and financial expertise. You will work closely with the sales manager to ensure high-quality bids and opportunities, and collaborate with interface partners such as Procurement, Legal, and Taxes.
Your Responsibilities
- Finance responsible for opportunities/offers/bids in the area of responsibility, covering commercial, contractual, tax, and legal regulations.
- Responsible for contract quality and calculation verification together with the technical bid manager.
- Responsible for legal and commercial conditions of offers and contracts with clients, attend contract negotiations, and maintain relationships with the Sales Team in region and global functions.
- Closely cooperate with interface partners: Legal, Tax, Procurement, Accounting.
- Prepare monthly reporting in line with the requirements.
- Act as a trusted partner for the technical bid manager/management team and support decision-making processes on project- and business level.
- Coordinate and set up agreements for cross-border activities in line with internal and tax regulations.
