We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for the project-based commissioning of systems and service/maintenance of the installed base.
The Commissioning Engineer will work closely with the Service Coordinator, Project Manager, and Service Manager to allocate projects and determine working methods. The role will involve commissioning systems following KOG standards, supervising installation, start-up, and commissioning of supplied systems on-site, and conducting system testing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and commercial awareness, with a flexible and proactive attitude. They will be proficient in both Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken, and have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant working experience.
The Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for:
- Project-based commissioning of systems and service/maintenance of the installed base.
- Supervising installation, start-up, and commissioning of supplied systems on-site.
- Conducting system testing, including coordinating internal tests, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) according to specifications.
- Performing panel tests and setting up test facilities in cooperation with the projects department.
- Compiling project documentation, installation manuals, operation manuals, and test procedures, including software documentation.
- Providing service and maintenance, including performing periodic maintenance and validation of installed systems.
- Providing customer support on installed systems, either from the KROHNE office or on-site.
- Organizing training sessions and preparing training documentation for internal and external use.
- Supporting other departments with problems related to existing systems and sales processes.
The Commissioning Engineer will be expected to:
- Ensure all work and tasks comply with the company's ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 QHSE Procedures.
- Assist the company in achieving its goal of "Best Practice" and "First Time Right" at all times.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness when making business decisions.
- Fulfill all relevant assigned duties.
- Share responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized work environment within the department.
- Execute work abroad, which comprises approximately 50 to 70 percent of the workload.
