The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced Digital Media Sales Expert to join our team in Amsterdam. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and contribute to the company's continued success.

About the Role:

As a Digital Media Sales Expert, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. You will work closely with our Digital Media business team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, focusing on Enterprise customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual sales quota
  • Ensure we meet expectations in terms of Growth on Renewals and upsell/cross-sell
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities, including pro-active prospecting, targeted sales campaigns, lead qualification, social media selling, and face-to-face customer meetings
  • Negotiate, liaise, and communicate internally and externally to facilitate the sales process
  • Demonstrate Adobe products and services to customers, working closely with internal resources as needed
  • Support or drive the sales process up to closing on agreed opportunities (Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreements and Adobe VIP agreements) in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Create upsell and cross-sell opportunities across customer sets, leveraging Sales Specialist and Solution Consultants resources
  • Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners
  • Represent the company to customers and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities
  • Use analytical and selling skills to understand customer needs and create value propositions based on Adobe offerings
  • Maintain and develop existing customers to optimize quality of customer engagement and experience, accelerating business growth
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant feedback

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of successful business-to-business development or sales experience, ideally in SAAS companies
  • Understanding of the end-to-end value-based sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to call within all levels of an organization, identifying decision makers, and building long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility
  • Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to build pipeline through individual prospecting, lead qualifying, and cross-selling/up-selling into our customer base as well as targeting potential new logos
  • Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team
  • Ability to challenge the status quo to help drive innovation across the business
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and French a plus
