Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Solutions Specialist to join our team in the BeNeLux region, preferably based in Breda. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability within assigned accounts and regions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management of Service Sales, with excellent business negotiations skills and relationship-building abilities. They will be highly developed in communication skills, market competitor knowledge would be an advantage, and possess account management, selling, influencing, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.

You will work proactively under your own initiative, as well as in a team environment, and have a self-starter mentality with the ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively. Strong experience in building relationships with customers, high-level goal orientation, and a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting are essential.

A strong presentation and communication skills, experience in working in a matrix organization with remote support teams, customer-focused with excellent customer service skills, language skills (Dutch & English at advanced level), IT literate, and advanced MS Office & CRM skills are also required.

A driving license is necessary for regular travel requirements (50%) and occasional overnight stays.
