Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals, and closing new opportunities.
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, partnerships, or customer success.
  • Develop a growth mindset by continuously learning about our product, internal processes, and industry.
  • Work as a team player, providing ideas, feedback, and support to direct peers.
We are looking for someone with:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
  • Experience in B2B sales, with SaaS platforms being highly desirable.
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency, delivering results in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
