Functieomschrijving

Als Yacht Professional ontwerp, ontwikkel, of test je producten, machines of systemen binnen de specificaties, kosten en planning. Dat doe je voor toonaangevende bedrijven in de industrie binnen Oost Nederland. Je werkt nauw samen met andere disciplines, afdelingen en toeleveranciers.

Talent management

Met jouw afgeronde HBO/WO studie heb jij mooie theoretische ervaring opgedaan. Via Yacht krijg jij de kans om die ervaring naar de praktijk te brengen. Wij geven jou zowel persoonlijke- als technische begeleiding om het maximale uit je loopbaan te halen.

Uitdagende opdrachten

Wij bieden uitdagende opdrachten in de automotive industrie in een omgeving die past bij jouw ontwikkeling en ambitie. Jij krijgt de mogelijkheid om je verder te specialiseren op het gebied van Research & Development, Test Engineering, Production & Manufacturing of op gebied van Electrical Engineering.

Yacht Connect

Yacht Connect is ons coaching en begeleidingsprogramma. Leren van een ervaren collega Je krijgt begeleiding van een senior in jouw gebied. Op basis van jouw Persoonlijk Ontwikkelplan en onze doorlopende HR-Cyclus, de Great Conversations, geven we invulling aan jouw ambitie en volgen wij jouw ontwikkeling op de voet.

Training & opleiding

Binnen jouw Persoonlijk Ontwikkelplan worden tevens de benodigde training en opleiding vastgelegd. Stil zitten en jezelf niet ontwikkelen is geen optie Met een trainingsbudget van € 3500,- per jaar geeft dit de ruimte om training te volgen op zowel hard als soft skills.

Functie-eisen
  • Een HBO/WO studie afgerond in de richting van Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronica of Technische Bedrijfskunde;
  • Relevante ervaring vanuit een stage of werkervaring (maximaal 2 jaar) in bijvoorbeeld CAD systemen (Siemens NX, Creo, Solidworks, etc), test technieken (metingen, beproevingen), product development (FMEA) of project management (Six Sigma);
  • Vloeiend in de Nederlandse taal, goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
