About the Role

The Workplace Relations Strategist will play a critical role in shaping ASML's workplace relations strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations and HR, with a proven track record of driving positive change and fostering a culture of inclusion and respect.

Job Description

The Workplace Relations Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing workplace relations strategies that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. This will involve working closely with HR teams, line managers, and employees to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives to address these issues.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze data and trends to inform workplace relations strategies and initiatives;
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver communication campaigns to promote workplace relations initiatives;
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in workplace relations and recommend implementation strategies;
  • Provide coaching and support to line managers and employees on workplace relations matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in employee relations and HR, with a proven track record of driving positive change and fostering a culture of inclusion and respect;
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Location
