Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for all customers
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and drive business results
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, demonstrating a passion for fashion and a commitment to excellence

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
