CYCLE Mobility Holding GmbH is a leading provider of all-inclusive E-Bike and Cargo Bike subscriptions in cities across Europe. Our service allows businesses and couriers to deliver goods efficiently and sustainably on the last mile, partnering with prominent delivery companies and independent couriers.
Your Responsibilities- Maintain our e-bike fleet in excellent condition
- Diagnostics and repairs for e-bikes and cargo bikes
- Inventory management of spare parts and ordering when necessary
- Full lifecycle management of our bike fleet
- On-site bike repairs for partner companies
- Customer service and satisfaction
- A passion for e-bikes and cycling
- Basic technical skills with a willingness to learn
- English language proficiency (Dutch is a plus but not required)
- Driver's license
- Ability to travel for work
- Diverse work environment in the dynamic mobility sector
