Powertrim Technologies is a leading company in the field of power module packaging, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Chief Technology Officer. As a key member of our management board, you will be responsible for driving our technology roadmap and ensuring the efficient operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with our business strategy and market developments
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to design, develop, and manufacture state-of-the-art power module packaging solutions
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Manage technology development and operations budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee the daily business operations and improve operating procedures for optimal efficiency

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully leading development and operations teams. You should also have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
