We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for our products.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality management systems to meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations. This includes leading internal and external audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate records by maintaining a systematic documentation and record-keeping system, and identifying opportunities and leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in quality systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System in compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Lead internal and external audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate records by maintaining a systematic documentation and record-keeping system.
  • Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in quality systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
  • Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field, as well as proven experience in a quality management role within the food manufacturing industry. You should have in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, such as HACCP and ISO 22000, and strong understanding of quality assurance principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Fluency in English is required.

What We Offer

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
