We're seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Director to join our Sustainable Development team, driving meaningful change on an international scale in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with significant growth potential.

• Develop and refine our double materiality assessment, integrating stakeholders' perspectives and enhancing data-driven evaluations.
• Collaborate with departments to develop and implement sustainability targets, policies, and actions, ensuring ongoing progress and compliance.
• Oversight of sustainability statements in our annual report, managing internal review and approval processes, and coordinating with auditors for compliance.
• Manage sustainability goals across departments, preparing top management presentations and creating dashboards that link quantitative data to strategic objectives.
• Drive process innovation and development in collaboration with other departments, support change initiatives, and provide expert advice on opportunities for improvement.

About You:

• Proven experience in sustainability roles, preferably from established sustainability departments or consulting, with a strong understanding of corporate structures and processes.
• Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders on all levels, inspiring action through persuasion and enthusiasm.
• Familiarity with reporting, audit requirements, and legal texts, such as CSRD.
• Solution-oriented and able to analyze complex issues, taking ownership of tasks and driving progress independently, with strong initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Salary: €90,000 - €110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications, reflecting the role's importance in driving sustainable transformation at Redcare Pharmacy.
