Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Controller at Royal Reesink, you will be part of the Group Finance Team, supporting over 40 group entities. Your key responsibilities will include creating reporting and analysis for our main stakeholders, the Board and our shareholders. You will contribute to the growth and further professionalization of Royal Reesink, building an integrated and strong organization.

Key Tasks:

  • Take ownership of the numbers, understanding drivers behind revenue and cost fluctuations.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reviews.
  • Liaise with other colleagues within different disciplines to improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate, cooperate, and discuss with colleagues across and on each level within the company.
  • Prepare and analyze forecast and budget, as well as periodic analyses on deviations compared to actuals.
  • Support the yearly external audits.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Business Economics.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with forecasting and budget cycles.
  • Experience with Power BI is preferred.
  • A flexible can-do mentality.
  • A structured way of working.
  • A keen analytical mind and business pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent communication in English and preferably Dutch.
