We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gepassioneerde recruiter om onze missie van internationale uitwisselingen te helpen verwezenlijken. Als Host Family Recruiter zul je een sleutelrol spelen in het vinden en aantrekken van gastgezinnen voor onze internationale scholieren.

Taken

Als Host Family Recruiter zul je:

  • Leads opvolgen: Je zult in gesprek gaan met (potentiële) gastgezinnen en ze overtuigen van onze missie en het belang van gastgezin te worden.
  • Sociale radar: Je zult makkelijk contact maken met mensen en op zoek gaan naar verbinding.
  • Klantcontact: Je zult bellen, mailen, appen en spreken met potentiële en bestaande gezinnen. Je zult luisteren, nieuwsgierig zijn en denken in mogelijkheden.
Vereisten

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Enthousiast, gepassioneerd en vrolijk is.
  • Vlot, doorzetter en commercieel is.
  • Liever in een spijkerbroek aan het werk is dan in een Italiaans maatpak.
  • Zelf flexibel zijn uren in kan delen, ook 's avonds en in het weekend.
  • Een kick krijgt als je deadlines haalt.
  • Beide Nederlands en Engels spreekt.
