Job Title: Commissioning Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Support Specialist to join our team at Equans. As a key member of our Commissioning team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our Commissioning process.

Job Summary:

The Commissioning Support Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation, including flow diagrams, descriptions, and instructions. You will work closely with our technical experts to ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will be responsible for digitizing and storing this information in our SharePoint environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation, including flow diagrams, descriptions, and instructions
  • Working closely with technical experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
  • Digitizing and storing documentation in SharePoint environment
  • Master data management of information, including creating and updating labels, and making changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum MBO work and thinking level and several years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 programs, including Word, Excel, and Visio
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and ability to work with it
  • Affinity with digital systems and ability to work with data
  • Experience with management systems is a plus
  • Ability to work accurately, analyze information, and follow up on agreements
  • Good communication skills
  • Technical insight is a plus
