Lemonade is seeking a highly empathetic and communicative individual to join our claims experience team. As a customer-centric tech company, we're committed to delivering surprisingly delightful experiences to our customers.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Claims Experience Adjusters to settle property losses and defy customer expectations. With a customer-first mindset, you'll be responsible for handling simple or fast-track claims, providing exceptional service through all our channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and handling claims from start to finish
  • Organizing and prioritizing daily tasks to resolve claim-based questions
  • Working with management to shape processes and improve customer experience

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of claims-handling experience
  • Proficient in French and English
  • Desire to work in a unique, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment
  • Efficient and results-driven individual
  • Ability to approach work with empathy, patience, and positivity
