Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative at Undutchables, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international customers. Your role will involve resolving technical and non-technical queries via phone or email, maintaining our internal database, and collaborating with colleagues in Germany to ensure seamless delivery and installation of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solving Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions to technical and non-technical issues.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in Germany to schedule delivery and training at international customers.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Highly professional German and Dutch language skills (C1 level) and basic proficiency in English for internal communication.
- Technical Affinity: Affinity with technology or willingness to learn.
- Experience: 1+ years of Customer Support experience in a B2B setting.
