Job Description:

As a Part-time Account Coordinator for the Sales and Support team in Hoofddorp, you will be responsible for managing customer contact in the Polish speaking region. Your primary tasks will include managing the general sales process, administering service enquiries, and maintaining customer master data in administrative systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the general sales process by creating quotations, following up on contracts, and handling related tasks such as invoicing and returns.
  • Administer service enquiries and follow up related tasks.
  • Maintain and update customer master data in administrative systems.
  • Provide support and feedback to Key Account Managers and colleagues on market and customer background.
  • Handle general enquiries from customers and partners, including prices, products, and administrative system queries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and control customer balances, manage debtor accounts, and handle disputes and unallocated payments.
  • Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, Business Level Polish (C2 level), and fluency in English. Experience in Customer Service and Logistics/Supply Chain is also required.
