Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Medior Business Consultant with an affinity for knowledge management and process management to join our agile team. As a Business Consultant, you will contribute to smarter knowledge sharing and streamlined processes within Small Consumption. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and translating business needs into knowledge management, process management, and training, creating and managing user stories, organizing workshops, and recording and further developing generic operational work processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant in a dynamic organization.
  • Experience with process optimization and preferably knowledge of knowledge management tools.
  • Experience in implementing changes (change management) and influencing behavioral change among the target group.
  • Experience with Agile working, including SAFe, Scrum, and/or Kanban.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • An independent working attitude with a pragmatic approach.
