Job Title: Onsite Support EUC Engineer

Job Summary:

The EUC Onsite Support Engineer will provide high-quality technical support for End User Computing devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobility solutions, for office-based staff at site. The successful candidate will lead on the resolution of incidents, problems, and requests to achieve high standards of customer service and deliver optimum operational and business benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for End User Computing devices, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
  • Lead on the resolution of incidents, problems, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Server and Networking teams, to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
  • Perform hardware and software installations, including image deployment using SCCM and AutoPilot.
  • Manage user data, including OneDrive and Office 365, and ensure secure access and storage.
  • Support the refresh of old assets from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide strong customer service, communicating effectively with internal and external contacts, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • Basic experience in the IT industry.
  • Good client management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow.
  • Computer OS/peripherals troubleshooting and asset/inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
