The Sanctions landscape is complex and dynamic, requiring a creative mindset and proactive approach to fulfill our Sanctions purpose: Together we safeguard our customers, the bank, and society by detecting and preventing sanctions violations. A role with impact.
As a Sanctions Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the successful business implementation of Sanctions projects, having an end-to-end view and being in control of the change initiatives that you are responsible for. You will be risk aware and focused, complying with relevant laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running business projects and business implementations to help build and improve the FEC Global Sanctions organization.
- Contributing to the development of projects by making sure that projects are understood and planned in detail, impact assessments are done, and the operations organization is ready for the change.
- Working closely with the team to drive our Culture Initiatives and take ownership of complex change programs in FEC.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project and/or Implementation Manager in a professional environment.
- Experience in Banking and/or the FEC domain, with a strong interest in FEC, Sanctions, and geopolitics.
- Advanced level of English (C1/C2) and proficiency in Dutch.
- Knowledge of and experience in working with Lean, with certification a plus.
