About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Safety Specialist to join our team at FrieslandCampina. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements
- HBO/WO (Master) degree in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a food environment.
- Strong quality awareness and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with SAP PLM tools and Power BI is a plus.
Language
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
