Role Overview

As a Client Advisor at Cartier, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, representing the voice of the Maison in the German speaking markets. Your role will involve advising clients via phone and web-based channels, upholding an excellent level of customer support that aligns with the quality of the Maison Cartier brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert knowledge on Cartier creations and the Maison's values.
  • Identify sales opportunities and maintain the interest and engagement of clients at the highest level.
  • Work in a complex environment, creating and maintaining positive relationships with teams and individuals outside of your direct control.
  • Master the extensive product knowledge and tools used by the Maison, operating within brand guidelines to uphold the quality represented.
