">We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Team Member to join our team at INNSiDE Amsterdam. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that every stay with us is memorable.
">About the Role
">As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them to our hotel and ensuring that their needs are met throughout their stay.
">You will be responsible for checking-in and checking-out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
">In addition, you will work closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless communication and excellent guest service.
">Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.">
- Check-in and check-out guests, handle room assignments, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.">
- Work closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless communication and excellent guest service.">
- Process payments, issue room keys, and direct guests to their rooms.">
- Perform duties on a daily checklist, including verifying guest registration information and receiving and delivering mail and packages.">
- Comply with company procedures and safety policies, including checking MOD reports and VIP lists.">
- Assist with tasks such as filling in and calculating 'Room's invoices' and 'Linen invoices'.">
- Quality VIP rooms check and ordering HSK/hotel amenities.">
- Handling uniforms on a daily basis.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
">You should also be flexible, eager to learn, and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
