About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Shell Graduate Programme. As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that contribute to Shell's net-zero emissions goal.

You will be part of a team that is driving innovation and change in the energy sector. Your role will involve working with experienced colleagues to develop and implement new energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of new energy solutions
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and change
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  4. Provide input to business development and planning activities

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must be pursuing or have completed a Master's or PhD degree in The Netherlands and have less than three years of relevant work experience. You are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell.

Shell Graduate Programme

The Shell Graduate Programme is a two-year development programme that provides graduates with the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of Shell's business and develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen career.

During the programme, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your leadership skills, and build relationships with key stakeholders. You will also have access to a wide range of training and development opportunities, including leadership development programmes, technical training, and coaching.
