Job Description

Fugro is seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the development of its File Management Workflow. As a Geo-data company, we involve various data acquisition, processing, and delivery steps to deliver services to customers. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end ownership of the file management workflow(s), focusing on automating processes to optimize the delivery of Geo-data efficiently and swiftly.

Your Role

  • You will define the business and technology vision of your workflow in collaboration with domain experts, business representatives, solution architects, and lead engineers.
  • You will lead the whole process from workflow discovery, build, adopt, and run cycle during the discovery phase, mapping the current workflow process in various global regions and defining a to-be standard.
  • You will ensure that assumptions and designs are validated before major build investment.
  • You will guide delivery teams towards required workflows.
  • You will create a continuous discovery and improvement process to feed in requirements from users and set prioritization criteria in the delivery phase.
  • You will organize the adoption of workflows in various Fugro regions globally with clear rollout plans and support.
  • You will define OKRs for your workflow and govern it with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in similar roles.
  • You show experience with product management of integrated systems where you successfully managed a product from ideation through a successful adoption.
  • You are able to define business value and control the value against cost over time.
  • You have experience with products that manage large volumes of data in file formats.
  • You have experience and perseverance to discover through the entire lifecycle management of digital products.
  • You have the ability to manage key stakeholders and lead organizational change.
  • You have experience with the organization of file data backbone on edge and cloud systems.
  • Understanding of AI tagging, searching, and contextualizing files would be an advantage.
