Your Game-Changing Role:

  • You will join our wholesale department, focusing on maintaining and expanding relationships with existing agents and client-partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted market strategies to conquer untapped markets.
  • Develop key premium distribution networks globally, solidifying your position as the face of BALR.

Responsibilities:)

  • Market research, client visits, and trade fair attendance to discover new market opportunities.
  • Sales agency partnerships: prepare, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies to create business prospects.
  • Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including sales agents, distributors, and clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts by collecting sales data, analyzing seasonal trends, and creating market and key account plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with the brand's overall goals and objectives.

Your Professional Statistics:

We seek a results-driven commercial professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and 'get things done' attitude. You must excel at spotting opportunities and have a proven track record in growing businesses like ours. Your background should include:

  • A completed HBO or University education in a commercial direction.
  • An independent, forward-thinking approach that goes beyond closing sales.
  • A natural ability to motivate others and build a winning team.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a sales manager or similar role in the premium or luxury fashion industry.
  • Prior experience in men's fashion or lifestyle industries is essential.
  • A well-established network of distributors and agents is highly beneficial.
  • Strong connections in Asia, the Middle East, and Americas can be advantageous.
  • An excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written communication.
