Job Title: Relationship Manager

Citi is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our Securities Services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow client relationships and revenue
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and risk management
  • Manage client relationships, including negotiation of contracts and business updates
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a global financial institution, with a focus on client relationship management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
