The Opportunity:

Avantor, a leading global provider of mission-critical products and services, is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to support its clients in the Netherlands. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a central role in running people processes, including talent management, recruitment, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Provide generalist HR support to managers and associates, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager Netherlands to design and deliver HR programs and initiatives that meet the needs of the business.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch social legislation and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a focus on talent management and recruitment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
