Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Northern Trust Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and mitigating risk, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and minimize risk
- Identify and document client-related risk issues and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Collaborate with internal partners to automate manual processes and improve efficiency
- Proactively address client service issues and escalate as necessary
- Deliver high-quality client invoices and collect associated fees in a timely manner
- Proven experience in client service and relationship management, with a strong track record of building trust and delivering results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential
