About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Calibration and Metrology Expert to join our team at Fluke. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting uncertainty analysis and contributing to measurement uncertainty budgets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the accreditation process, including documentation, audits, and corrective actions.
  2. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in metrology standards.
  3. Train and mentor junior metrology staff.
  4. Participate in proficiency testing and inter-laboratory comparisons.
  5. Prepare and maintain calibration documentation, including certificates and reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical metrology.
  • Proficiency in using calibration software and measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and accreditation requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
