We zoeken een Head of Growth om onze groei- en marketingstrategie te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de groeistrategie die voortvloeit uit de doelstellingen van Salonized. Je leidt een toegewijd team van professionals en overziet onze marketinginitiatieven.

Wat je gaat doen
  • De groeistrategie definiëren en uitrollen: Je maakt een voorstel voor de roadmap van ons growth team en vertaalt jouw strategische visie naar de juiste afstemming tussen onze betaalde en niet-betaalde kanalen.
  • Marketinginitiatieven pushen: Je leidt zowel onze paid als non-paid marketingcampagnes, gericht op impactvolle initiatieven op gebied van de acquisitie van nieuwe, maar ook retentie van bestaande klanten.
  • Leidinggeven en coachen van het growth team: Je leidinggeeft aan managers en andere teamleden en bevordert een cultuur van innovatie, samenwerking en continue verbetering.
  • De Growth-Funnel optimaliseren: Je zorgt voor duurzame groei in alle fasen van de Growth-funnel, van bewustwording en acquisitie tot behoud en referral.
  • Doelen stellen en behalen: Je stelt doelen (op basis van de OKR's van Salonized) voor het growth team en deze ambitieuze doelen behaalt.
  • Budgetten en personeelsplanning overzien: Je creëert en beheert het budget en de personeelsplanning voor growth en marketing en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste kanalen en middelen effectief worden ingezet.
  • Cross-functionele samenwerking: Je werkt samen met ons Product, Support en andere interne teams om belangrijke projecten te implementeren die onze groeidoelen bevorderen.
