About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to lead our cleaning and sanitation team at our Elst factory. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our sanitation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sanitation programs to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Manage a team of cleaning operators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with the Cleaning & Sanitation Manager to develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with sanitation programs and regulatory requirements
- Provide training to production personnel on sanitation procedures and protocols
- Ensure efficient use of labor, chemicals, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize cleaning processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sanitation programs and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in microbiology, sciences, or a related field
- Minimum Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience in the food industry or similar high-risk industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
